David's piece says: "Weather is electricity, electromagnetism and frequency and all can be technologically tampered with." This statement is untrue & really a meaningless word-salad. Weather is atmospheric temperature, humidity, rainfall & cloud cover; NOT electricity etc. Of course thunderstorms include electrical effects which are a RESULT of dynamical atmospheric effects NOT a cause. "Frequency" isn't a thing in itself but a describer of a wave or vibration, so you must say what any frequencies apply to - eg Sound, light, EM waves. What is it? There's no technolgy that can alter the JetStream. Of course there's plenty of charlatans who claim grants & write dodgy patents to do this and more impossible things (See posters on Dust-Sun & HAARP). There was a lot of "clever" talk, in the Video of "Heat-Domes". These are nothing new, just journalise for what's called an "Omega-Block" of High pressure - in this case largely on the continent /East UK with Low pressure ~Biscay, driving African Air Northward. Hence the heat. At the same time it was COLD IN RUSSIA. Was this Global COOLING?! Our WeatherAction solar-magnetic activity based forecast correctly identified this situation from 8 weeks ahead. The Omega-Block was a RESULT of WORLD jet stream patterns. These can't be changed by any technolgy because they and solar-magnetic activity is so powerful compared with Man's resources. Apart from sunshine which delivers 10 to power 17 Watts to Earth; the solar wind of 1 million mph particles hits the magnetosphere & ionosphere with 10 to power 12 W. ALL the electric power of the UK is only 1% of that. So, no way can man produce enough power to beat the power of sunshine or the solar wind, let alone know what to direct where! Claims of patents for "ionospheric heating" (which wouldn't anyway affect the JetStream which is BELOW the stratosphere, which is way below the ionosphere) technology are charlatan's claims to CON "Save The Planet" politicians into parting with your money. They claim heating of 100deg or so compared with 4000degC which wildly fluctuates to half that, for ionospheric electron temperature. Such heating is not measurable or of any importance even if possible. Grandiose talk of "ionospheric heating" is copycatting charlatans word salads and promotes their #WeatherControlCON. There's no end of grandiose word salads that can be made. Here's another: "Tropo-pausal rectification of solar wind shock waves". It's DN (Delusional Nonsense) we made up as an example. Treaties about or "banning" of ChemTrailing/ "Weather/climate Modification" - which can't be done; are also a PSYOP game to make you believe it's possible AND NECESSARY so you're READY TO BE ROBBED AND CONTROLLED.
