Severe rainfall has caused serious destruction in the Greek city of Thessaloniki. Flooded roads and submerged cars were seen in the area, as residents tirelessly tried to clean blocked streets in the aftermath of harsh weather conditions. The western part of the city was left with power outages and extensive damage to numerous households and streets.
