Ребенок с подозрением на перекрут гидатиды Морганьи яичка доставлен в приемное ХО ДГКБ, срочно направлен на УЗИ. На УЗИ на стороне боли сбоку от яичка визуализируется гиперэхогенное округлое образование с гипоэхогенным ободком, размером до 5х6 мм, без кровотока на ЦДК.
